Corporate Sponsors

We offer 4 levels of corporate sponsorship; note that Bronze and Silver supporters may additionally want to enroll employees as Corporate Affiliates; Gold and Platinum support levels include employee enrollment. Courses representing our core computational linguistics offerings are listed here.

Bronze supporters: in return for a donation of $3000 to the institute fund, sponsors

• are named as the sponsors of one course, OR
• receive two days of presence on campus, providing demonstrations for institute participants and information about the company, and other recruiting opportunities.

Silver supporters: in return for a donation of $7000 to the institute fund, sponsors

• are named as the sponsors of one course, AND
• receive two days of presence on campus, providing demonstrations for institute participants and information about the company, and other recruiting opportunities.

Gold supporters: in return for a donation of at least $30000 to the institute fund, sponsors

• have multiple days for representatives to be on campus or to have visits by the students to the company, AND
• 1 sponsored housing day, designated as 'Company Day', AND
• 1 dinner/lecture/tea branding opportunity, AND
• up to 4 employee Affiliates (full participants) at the insititute

Platinum supporters: in return for a donation of at least $60000 to the institute fund, sponsors

• have multiple days for representatives to be on campus or to have visits by the students to the company, AND
• 1 sponsored housing day, designated as 'Company Day', AND
• 2 dinner/lecture/tea branding opportunities, AND
• up to 7 designated student sponsorships, AND
• up to 6 employee Affiliates (full participants) at the institute

Presence on campus

Presence on campus will be possible on weekdays between July 9-27, which may be spread as the company desires. The hours will match the publishers' exhibit, 1:30pm-4:30pm.

We will provide a space at least 8'x8', with two standard display tables, electric power, and either wall space or large rolling blackboards for display of company banners etc., depending on location. We will provide access to a prominent location close to institute classes and activities.

We will also be able to facilitate extra sessions where company representatives can set up a display inside the residential facilities where the students will live.
